Who doesn’t love a good read?

Here at All Natural Fibres, we love our resource library, there are so many wonderful books published these days it just keeps growing. In saying this , the fact that turning to ebooks and having information at our fingertips on a keyboard has its environmental value to the point of less trees being pulped, we then have another dilemma for our water consumption with AI technology. What a conundrum we have created.

Living simply does not mean we need to become purist, being conscious of our needs and wants is a balance we must strive for now.

For me, it is actually taking the time out, to pick up a good book off the bookshelf, take a seat and read. Easier said than done when you have a gazillion other jobs to do on a property. Winter is my down time to remember to breathe and read.

What’s on the Bookshelf here, will change with the Seasons. Syncing in with tasks and harvests on the land we live on. Inspirational nature based crafts, reference books to assist with identifying key species that need habitat for protection and for the love of everything else that keeps us connected to Nature. Nourishing and Nurturing for our Soul.
